Put a Little All the Way Fit Bootcamp in Your Day

How many of us have tried one diet after another, spending our hard-earned cash on “miracle” programs, or “fat-burning” pills that simply do not work? Let me introduce you to Brandon Daniel, fitness instructor at All the Way Fit Bootcamp Class in Roseville. Brandon grew up participating in sports such as baseball and basketball. Loving every minute of it, he soon realized that being active made him strong, eating right made him fit, and he was excited about sharing it with everyone he meets.

Brandon is passionate about his work as a personal fitness trainer, consultant, and coach – and he’s motivating with a capital “M”.

He became an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Certified Personal Trainer in 2005 and landed his first job in the fitness industry with California Family Fitness. While at Cal Fit he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from California State University Sacramento. After nearly four years with Cal Fit, he started his journey training independently and, over time, he has helped hundreds of people achieve a better sense of health and wellness in their lives through exercising right and eating healthy.

Here’s just a sample of what Brandon has to offer:

  • “Core Conditioning” Bootcamp Class (Tuesdays at 7pm)
  • Lower Body/ Cardio Blast Bootcamp Class (Tuesdays at 9am and Saturdays at 9:15 am)
  • Upper Body Bootcamp Class (Thursdays at 9am and Saturdays at 8am)
  • Personal fitness program design

All the Way Fit Bootcamp classes are a great way to burn calories and fat – and have fun, too! Classes are designed so that all levels can participate, from beginners to those who are already in great shape. Classes meet at Hughes Park at 1600 Parkside Way in Roseville and are only $10 a class for a whole hour!

One-on-one personal training is also available by appointment. If you’re free for about an hour on a weekday between 7:30 am and 4pm, for just $25 a session you can meet up with Brandon at Fitness MD for a “great butt kicking.”
