Are you ready for a fun, new way to burn calories and fat? Want a healthy jump-start to your weekend where you can get in a workout and learn something about health and fitness to boot? How about a Weekly class that starts right after work, conveniently located right at the Capitol, and IT’S “FREE”!

What are Fit Fridays? They’re a great way to move your body after a long and busy week, to get some motivation, some accountability, and to make new friends at the same time. They’re “FREE” to attend and for everyone at all fitness levels. It’s a fun environment, so please invite friends and family as we pack downtown Sac and help Sacramento get fit!
Are you ready?
Bring your workout clothes and be ready to move as we walk or jog around the Capitol to warm up then have a FREE 30-minute Bootcamp class, followed by a Q&A session. We’ll work out our lower body and core, so bring your mats or a towel to lie on – and don’t forget your water!
When: every Friday
Time: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Place: 10th and L by the Capitol
Bootcamp class starts at 6:00 pm
About the trainer:
Brandon Daniel grew up loving sports, from baseball to basketball and more. He became an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Certified Personal Trainer in 2005 and landed his first job in the fitness industry with California Family Fitness. While at Cal Fit he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from California State University Sacramento and then, after nearly four years with Cal Fit, he started his journey training independently.
Today, he’s a personal fitness trainer, consultant, and coach at All the Way Fit in Roseville. His bootcamp classes and one-on-one training have helped hundreds of people achieve a better sense of health and wellness in their lives through exercising right and eating healthy. He’s taken on Roseville and now he’s ready to help Sacramento get fit!
